Fees
Our fees are found on our sessions page, http://nocturnalworks.com/sessions/.
Our standard session is 50 minutes and our standard couples session is double that time (75 minutes). Please complete the forms requested BEFORE your session begins, so that we are not required to cover this material in-session.
Payment
Online invoices are sent to client email addresses and these invoices must be paid in full 24 hours before the session is due to start. Non-payment by this time could result in sessions being cancelled.
Cancellation
If you are unable to make a session, please provide 24 hours notice and we can apply your session fees to your next scheduled therapy session. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, your paid fees will cover your missed session.
Confidentiality
We do not share your personal details with third parties, unless you have given your permission for us to do so, or unless we are required to do so by law. This confidentiality applies to those outside of the therapeutic relationship and DOES NOT apply within couples counselling. That is, therapists are not obliged to keep “secrets” between couple clients. If you have a conversation with your therapist and your wife/husband/partner is not there, do not expect this conversation to be kept confidential from the other party to therapy. To do so is counter to the therapeutic process. If you do not understand this caveat regarding confidentiality, please ask your therapist for clarification during your first session.
